1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using International Building Platforms ("IBP"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Roles & Permissions

IBP assigns workspace access based on your declared role (buyer, builder, vendor, founder, appraiser, insurance, admin). You may only use features and data appropriate to your role and may not attempt to escalate privileges.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of floor plans, brand assets, bids, valuations, and other content you submit. You grant IBP a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the platform for you and counterparties you transact with.

4. Acceptable Use

• No misrepresentation of identity, role, or qualifications.
• No abusive, illegal, or fraudulent listings, bids, or quotes.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the protocol.

5. Financing & Estimates

ROI estimates, market comps, ADU feasibility, and pre-qualification outputs are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or real-estate advice. Always verify with a licensed professional before committing capital.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
