International Building Platforms ("IBP", "we") provides a coordinated protocol for prefab floor plans, market valuation, construction financing, and local trade marketplaces. This policy describes what data we collect when you create an account or interact with the platform, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account details: email, full name, role, and authentication identifiers.
• Profile data you submit: brand assets, contact details, service area, trades.
• Project data: floor plans, jobs, bids, loans, milestones, appraisals, quotes.
• Operational logs needed to keep the protocol secure and reliable.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data above to operate the workspaces tied to your role, connect you with counterparties (buyers, builders, vendors, founders, appraisers, insurers, admins), and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Data is only visible to participants whose role and relationship to a given record permits it (enforced at the database layer through row-level security policies). Subprocessors used to host the platform are bound by equivalent confidentiality terms.

5. Your Rights

You can update or delete most data directly from your dashboard. To request export or full account deletion, contact your IBP admin.
